Anna   Anna has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years teaching Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training and Dance. She taught for years in NYC building a clientele base both privately and in-studio. Anna also spent years traveling, teaching and running her own Pilates and Yoga business throughout West Africa. Anna came back to NYC to open a Pilates studio with business partner Anne Jameson. Anna’s fitness education training includes: Power Pilates comprehensive (2003). Dharma Yoga (2009). National Council on Strength and Fitness Personal Training certification (2012). National Gymnastics Council (2013) and Real Pilates Lead Trainer (2017).

She loves to utilize all of the classical equipment so her clients can get the most out of their session. Sarah likes to focus on the technique of the exercise first and then continue to execute with flow. She is able to assess a client and quickly adapt to their specific need. Sarah is also happy to target an area a client would like to focus on - after all this is your workout! Her clients will tell you she has a bubbly personality that is infectious.
