

Jennifer found great body awareness through Pilates training and continues to learn
from her students and fellow instructors. As an actor and dancer in NYC, the Pilates
method has proven to be consistent and beneficial for her body. She believes
there’s always something new to learn, explore and achieve with Pilates that can be
applied to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Jennifer loves when her clients feel
lengthened and toned after their Pilates private session or class.
