Our neighborhood studio on the Upper West Side features Classical Pilates equipment by Gratz Pilates.

WHAT IS PILATES?
With over a century of practice, the Pilates method of body conditioning is a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed by Joseph H. FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Nexa Pilates and Fitness was founded by two friends. Anne Jameson is an avid Pilates enthusiast with over 20 years of practicing the classical Pilates method. Her passion for the method and desire to share her great results with others inspired her to found Nexa Pilates with her star trainer Anna Clark. Anna has been teaching for over 15 years in the Pilates and Fitness industry. Her international teaching background and numerous fitness certifications allow her to bring a comprehensive and diverse training approach to the studio.
